Interviewing/ Payroll Services

Interviewing: We'll help you reduce time by conducting interviews including; Phone, Face to Face or Virtual interviews.

Payroll Services: At the Client's request, Total Staffing provides Payroll Services for temporary employees, contractors or temp to hire candidates.

Background checks: At the Client's request, we provide pre-employment background screenings trusted by a wide range of Clients. We will determine whether an applicant would pose a risk to the client in the form of a costly negligent hiring laws. A comprehensive background screening solution will help to mitigate these contractual risks and prevent the accompanying costly lawsuits.

Conduct mandatory trainings to staff prior to onboarding.
